Title: Transfer LR data from PC to Mac

Off to Africa with PC laptop & LR1.1 for one month.  Hope to do preliminary sorting day by day using LR.
How do I transfer this information to my Mac Pro with LR 1.1 when I get back home for definitive editing?

On laptop use "Export as Catalog" with the "export negatives files" and "include available previews" option enabled, "export selected photos only" should be unchecked (disbaled). Next, transfer this catalog to your Mac Pro, then chose "Import from Catalog", the rest should be pretty simple to follow.
