Title: photography schools, college, and unis.

I am planning to further my studies in commercial photography to archive a bachelor of photography rather then taking it as my hobby. Can anyone recommend good photography schools throughout the UK and Australia?

Thanks.

Where you study largely depends on what you want to do in the end. Do you want to be a commercial photographer or an artist using photography? There is now a London university that offers digital only photographic degrees and at the end they promise you'll be a digital expert.

Some universities are equipped better than others for photography. Derby University, UK for instance boasts the largest photgraphic library in Europe. Their ADT Department has just moved to a purpose built brand new campus costing £20m. The photography lecturers both commercial and artists are involved in their own practices while they teach. Take a look at them all but specially Derby.
