I've got a very gently used Lowepro Lens Trekker 600AW backpack for Pro SLR camera with a lens up to 600mm f/4 lens attached.  I used this for one trip to carry a 500 - sold the lens but never sold the bag.  I just checked B&H (which is where I got it) - new price is $149.95.  I can't compete w/B&H for shipping but I'll sell this for $100.00 which will include ground shipping to the lower 48 States.  I'll split the shipping to anywhere outside CONUS.

It's still available - with everyone selling their 500 or 600 this will be a very good buy.
