Title: Hout Bay Panorama - Comments Welcome
Post by: SlimE on May 16, 2007, 09:51:04 am
I took this picture on the Cape Coast in South Africa. It is a panoramic view of chapmans peak drive with Hout bay in the distance.

Interesting image, but it really bothers me that the highlights are so completely blown out.

Guys thanks very much for the feedback. It bothers me too that the highlights are blown out. It was taken before I became really serious about my landscape photography. I was a bit of an amerture at the time and made the mistake of not taking the photo on full manual. Still I think the shot, though not perfect, captures the feeling I felt.

Have a look at the picture attached. This one was taken on full manual. It a panorama of the drakensburg in South Africa. A place called worlds view and a world heritage site.
