Title: B9180 with Lightroom
Post by: usathyan on May 04, 2007, 01:29:13 pm
I have read books from both Scott Kelby as well as Martin Evening. Evening talks about a short paragraph on using this printer....

He suggests using "Managed by Printer" and using "ColorSync" in print settings and leave it at that. The printer is supposed to know and understands all paper profiles....

Is this what you use? If i wanted to print on my old epson using the Museo Silver Rag, i just had to select the right profile, and disable the "ColorSync" settings in the print settings dialog.

However, the HP print settings offer no such thing...(I use a Mac). How do you do this?

Any help/tips appreciated.

Ah ha! looks like (based on the user guide) i just need to select "Application Managed" from the colors dialog if i use custom papers...
