Title: update library?
Post by: pss on March 05, 2007, 03:22:29 pm
is there a way to have a library update itself? for example i have a folder with files, the folder was already imported (referenced locally) and i now add files to the folder...do i have to re-import the entire folder? is there any way to simply update the library?

If you import the folder with new files LR is smart enough to *only* import the new files.

but i still have to import the folder....there is no way to have the folders be watched? i am aware of the folder watching feature, i use it to shoot tethered, works great......i was hoping that LR could somehow automatically (or maybe i can set an interval for it) check the folder to keep the libraries updated...
