Title: Upsize on export
Post by: royfphoto on March 01, 2007, 09:41:10 am
What does LR use to upsize when exporting? In PS we have BiC smoother-sharper that gave excellent results. Is the same quality achieved in the export mode or better to import into PS and then select BiC-smoother?

LR uses the same bicubic technology as Photoshop. Why not try it both ways and do a comparison yourself to see which you prefer?

Royfphoto,
I tested this a while ago, I was happy with the images from LR up to about 20" x 16" (depending on the actual crop taken), anything above that size I use Size fixer.
