Title: TIF file output
Post by: CaptnWil on February 02, 2007, 10:42:23 am
Is there an effecient way to write developed TIF files to a prior selected folder in LightRoom?

I use RSP and C1 currently.  Both are very efficient in developing and writing the result to the desired location.  I don't want to be required to select the output path for every conversion.

The export window is sticky so every time you export selected raws (as Tiffs, Psds, Jpegs, etc) the dialog window will show the last folder you exported (processed) files to. So if you want that to be the same every time you could just set up a "Processed" folder on you desktop and Lightroom will put the processed files there every time until you select a different folder.

Which is to say that it's still not as friendly as RSP which would write the converted files to a sub-directory of the parent which had the raw files.

I personally prefer this approach to having to tell LR for each batch export.
