I have a series of black and whites that I'd like to try out in a hardback book. Essentially it'd be about the photographs but I might also write lengthy captions explaining the history behind each picture's subject. Does anyone have experience of Lulu and Asukabook? What do you think of the quality?

Lulu.com was okay (what I expected from the type of print) but miles from a nice inkjet print. Color management was a bit of an adventure with them the last time I tried. But there is a photo magazine that is (or at least was) printed there. So decent quality can be had.
