Hi folks
Few weeks ago I received IPF5000 and just recieved 3 cutom profiles from Cathy's profiles.
Papers Are: 1- Hahnemuhle Photo Rag Satin-310gms
2- Hahnemuhle Fine Art Pearl
3- Epson Premium Luster photo Paper
I used 16bit photoshop plug in and the highest quality for printing the targets.
Result is good and there is a visible improvement on colour, contrast and details
compare to any generic profiles I have used so far.
Note : If you are going to use Cathy's Profiles , make sure to contact them first to get their new targets.Their website Was not updated yet for the new targets at the time .

Has anyone used inkjetart.com for custom profiles? They are only $25 a profile.
Thanks,
Jason

I used some of the canned profiles available from Booksmart Studio and have been very happy.

They also do custom if you need.

I am wondering the samething Jason, has anyone used their profiles?

Yes, I get one from them when I want to experiment with a new paper, & they're OK. But when you settle on your best choice of papers, I'd suggest getting a profile from Andrew Rodney - a larger file made from more color patches, w/ noticeably subtler shadow detail.
