It is customary to set the Date (&Time) published of each item to the actual date/time they were each published.
Your feed seems to set this date to the same value for all entries...that is, the latest one, rather than to the distinct date you posted each entry.
Replicating the posting date in the subject is also not very nice...and not necessary when the RSS is correctly generated.
Think you could get your web guru to fix this in the near future?
