Anyone here seen a new generatio Phase back, or the hi-iso photos they're supposed to make ?

Edmund, they had a P45 with live preview at PhotoPlusExpo here in NYC, but no +series yet. Was told around the first of the year. Leaf did have their S-series there, and they are indeed fast. Does give me a warm feeling to see a Firewire 800 port on the back. With Phase's revamping of C1 ver 4.0 and the fast import speeds, I don't know if they plan anything along the FW800 lines.
Best,
Eric

I tried the Leaf Aptus 54S at the PhotoExpo attached to a H1, and it was fast. The specs says 0.8sec. per shoot or 75fpm. When I tried it, it was definitively around 60-65 frames a min., and it's a 22Mp full-frame.
It uses firewire 800 or Sandisk's new cards and reader.
The new Phase One P25+ is advertised to be 40 frames per min. (real world probably around 35fpm.) and uses firewire 400. Quit a gap.
We are expecting our 54S in January, and if I sound a little excited, it's because I am.

Esben,
the eMotion 22 MPx runs at 1sec/frame (real) since the begining, and had not to become a "+" back to be so fast. And also no slowdown due to a buffer!
the eMotion 75 with its 33 MPx runs at 1.5 sec/frame
test it. It has also to do with the sensor readout possibility and here the Kodak isn't that "good" as the Dalsa.
