Title: Workspaces did not migrate from PS CC 2017 to PS CC 2018

When I upgraded from PS 2017 to PS CC 2018 under window>workspace my workspaces did not migrate. How can I get the 2017 workspaces into 2018? I neglected to mention that I went from one computer to another so the preferences did not migrate.

This is a screen shot I made some time ago of where the workspaces are.  I may have made it after being pointed to it by a post elsewhere on this forum.  Perhaps it will help.
