Hi Marc..

I recently got a DS-30 from Gottschalt ... great camera for digital backs and digitar lenses... keeps the lens in the right plane and you can shift it to any position far and above what is practical for the lenses that I'm using... It's light, fits into a normal camera bag.. and has saved my spine for another 10 years at least. One or two things ... if you are using digital.. make sure you get a sliding rear as I have found that I'm doing way more stiching than I used to before.  All the movement in the standard DS-30 is on the lens side.  Note... with the 35mm rodenstock it's difficult to screw on a filter adaptor as the locking knob gets in the way.. The model you have mentioned seems to be new .. looks like it could be modled on the Alpa. The build quality is very good.. and has a feel that it has been finished individually on the workbench. I would suggest getting a viewfinder as it can be difficult to anticipate the framing with news lenses and formats.
