Good find. Thanks! The university will also email you with high activity alerts, etc. You can go here for all of that:
http://www.pfrr.alaska.edu/aurora/index.html (http://www.pfrr.alaska.edu/aurora/index.html)
Also, the U.S. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has nearly real time auroral satellite data/maps available here:
http://www.sec.noaa.gov/pmap/ (http://www.sec.noaa.gov/pmap/)
I use this "real" time info to decide whether it's worth heading out into the cold night or not.
Cheers from Juneau!

I thought I'd post this nice website that predicts Aurora activity in the Northern Hemisphere. I've checked it daily for the past few months and it seems dead on. It has predicted no activity in Grand Marais, and there hasn't been any.

Try these as well:
For current auroral oval position and strength
