This courting pair obliged by circling several times.

Nice go at a really tough shot. I think a lot of our friends at Lula underestimate the difficulty of getting a good shot of a fast bird in flight. But alas it is not street. ;)

This is more appealing to me than much "street."
Very nice capture.

Thanks, Chuck and Eric. Not so difficult to sit in the breeze on a sunny roadside and wait for the birds to circle around again and again.

Good shot. It is not just difficult, even though they are so nicely circling, it is much like shooting propeller driven aircraft where the object is to get a perfectly articulated body with total prop blur. Unfortunately, wing blur doesn't always translate the same. Low and fast to the ground, this is a great shot, street or otherwise...and I am not sure the moderators shouldn't just make a whole section dedicated strictly to "Street," a section called "Nature," and lastly one called "Landscape."
Silly me, I should have looked first...two out of three isn't bad at all but there still needs to be a section for "nature" only.

That’s very impressive.

Chris, Martin: thanks!
I like this because, for once, the birds are headed towards me instead of away.

Great shot! I for one do not underestimate the difficulty of getting such a shot.
