Thanks for posting Jim and don't be a stranger here. I have been using the beta for a7III and Fuji X-H1 files. Also, the normalize tools and other new features are really nice. I am working on a video on RAW processing Sony files. Capture One is the go-to RAW processor.

As soon as they add a History palette, I'm in. I've tried using C1 but that's the single biggest thing I miss from LR.

Jim, Capture Pilot is my workhorse. When can we expect the new version?

There are several nice reviews of new features out already. One from my hand can be found at:

Enjoy!

What I miss most in C1 at the moment is the ability to create layer masks based on luminosity ranges.

Perhaps Phase One need a feature to add for v 12 ( assuming a v12 around the usual December time ) ?

Capture One Pro allowed me to cancel my Adobe Creative Cloud subscription two years ago.
For my very occasional Photoshop needs, I found that Affinity Photo gives me everything that I need without a subscription.
Since version 11, all of my image editing can be done very well in Capture One Pro.
The faster importing, especially noticeable with my Fuji X RAW files, is a welcomed improvement.
