I recently bought a Fuji XH 1, which is not supported by C1, and was wondering how long it takes C1 to added new cameras?
Is there a preferred work-around for these new cameras.

Like your flowchart & narrative Doug :)
Probably most of us Capture One users are already aware that Phase One does not currently support other manufactures' medium format cameras but I wonder what will happen when Sony bring out a MF camera ?
( pure speculation of course, no insider knowledge ! )

but I wonder what will happen when Sony bring out a MF camera ?
the same as for Ricoh/Pentax

I wonder what will happen [if] Sony brings out a MF camera ?
The flow chart provides a very direct answer to that question.

unless Sony Semi (sensors) will help Sony Imaging and P1 will have no other choice but to supply C1 Sony MF edition ...

But Sony Cameras ( new / existing ) have a free C1 Express for Sony license and a special priced edition of C1 Pro for Sony is also available
Will that policy change ?

Sony cameras are not MF ... and then it might as well bundled w/ a deal for P1 to buy sensors from Sony Semi (even it is a totally separate division from Sony Imaging).
