For some reason I like the B/W ones better, here. I could think of the colored ones in B/W as well.

It's a great set with the B&W shots being stronger in my opinion.

I think the strong shadows really invite the B/W treatment.

Ma sì!  E' anche montagna "facile" se si sta sui sentieri, portarsi un po' di zavorra fotografica non è da eroi....

thank you much for commenting......also I tend to prefer monochrome, also here.
Tastes....and also the fact that my colour editing is weaker than the (modest but I hope decent) monochrome conversion.
