Title: Curecanti Creek
Post by: MattBurt on October 09, 2017, 11:55:42 am: This is a nice trail that descends a few Miles and several thousand vertical feet into the start of the Black Canyon of the Gunnison from the less-traveled North Rim. It's a favorite local hike of ours and this time of year the colors are usually pretty good too. The day was perfectly clear with pretty harsh direct light so the shade of the canyon was a huge help for the photos.

Just a note that the second one appears to be missing. (I do like the first, and hope Matt will repost the second.)

An hour later would have probably taken care of that but my wife was farther up the trail already waiting for me to finish shooting so I had to take what I got. :)
