Title: Phase One IQ250 with Rodenstock 23 HR

Hello
Has somebody experiences with this combination?
Are the LCC problems in C1 solved?
How much shift is possible?

LCC issues are somewhat fixed in C1 still a very strong magenta cast to recall vet from.

23mm can shift about 8mm maybe just a bit more if you don't mind a crop. IC is only 70mm thus limits movement but the cropped sensor can go a bit further.

I use this lens with P45+ and P40+.
I would like to know, how the shift capabilities are compared to the P40+.

When I still had the 23HR it basically was able to shift the same with my IQ150 as it did with the P40+. The biggest issue I had, which was why I eventually traded my lens was with the red center hot spot flare that was extremely easy to invoke. It was definitely more prevalent with the IQ150 CMOS than it ever was with the CCD sensors I shot it with (P40+, IQ160, IQ260).

Newer versions apparently have a new coating which addresses the flare. I haven't tried the newer ones though. Newer versions of Capture One Pro definitely helped with better LCC's - I would say that what seemed like worse fall off / discolouration with the IQ160/260 were a lot better handled with C1 and the IQ150.

I know you use the HR 40 now. Do you use it as a SB17? Thus do you use the 17mm adapter to allow tilting or is this a misconception?

Mine is an LB 40 and I have found I was requiring way to high an f-stop in order to get near/far in focus as wanted to keep it at arounf f11 maximum, but often I had to go to f22 for my landscape needs. I am hoping a 17+17 could help with utilizing the lens at around f11 with Scheimpflug.
