Title: Canon Pro-2000 EC3F-402F Error
Post by: MarkBarbieri on September 11, 2017, 07:09:18 am
I started up my new Pro-2000 and got an error EC3F-402F. It doesn't give me any information about the error. It just tells me to unplug the unit and call Canon. Anyone have any more info on it? If not, I'll post an update after I talk to Canon.

I googled it and I found this:
https://printcopy.info/?l=en&mod=erc&brand=Canon&model=iPF%20PRO%202000&code=EC3F%20402F (https://printcopy.info/?l=en&mod=erc&brand=Canon&model=iPF%20PRO%202000&code=EC3F%20402F)

The manual has a long list of error codes and what to do if they arise. Did you check if that one is there?

It required a service call. They sent some guys out to fix it. It took them a couple of hours.
