Elgol, on the Isle of Skye in Scotland, is an enchanting location offering many inspiring corners and possibilities.

Once again, at the risk of looking ignorant, is it sunrise or sunset? A beautiful image regardless!!

Having been two times at that location... I would say sunset... second half of October?

Hello Kevin, as David said it is sunset :) Time is wrong though, that was late March this year... closer to the equinox than the second half of October, when the sun is further left (in the picture)
nice work
Thank you!

Thank you very much Paulo, and you are right - from the toponyms to the look of the places, the Isle of Skye is definitely Tolkienesque! :)

Very odd: it's back on mine now (but thanks for the invitation!). All of Vieri's recent photos had disappeared yesterday, and all are back today.

Guys, I am glad they are back - I swear I didn't do anything, perhaps my website provider (where they are hosted) had a problem? :( I am on the road now in the middle of Asturias, with not so great internet access, and I can check out forums only from time to time so I just saw this now - and I am sure if I complained now, after two days, they would tell me that everything is ok and always has been... >:(
Sorry for any problems! I sure hope it will not happen again :)
P.S. Eric, thank you for your kind words about my work, much appreciated indeed! :)
Best regards,
Vieri
