Title: .CDR extension file on Iphone

Hi.

I have upgraded iOS on Iphone 6. But after upgrading i cannot open one .CDR extension file which was emailed to me.
Getting a message saying 'ERROR.File can not be accessed'.
Can anyone help me find the root cause of the issue.
