Title: Can I set up a hot or watched folder in a capture one catalog?
Post by: gchappel on June 27, 2017, 09:30:02 pm
Another question- as I learn and adjust my workflow.
I see I can set up a watched folder for a capture one session.
Can I set up a watched folder for a catalog?  I have tried and searched, I have not figured it out.
I export image from photoshop cc, some have seen capture one in the past, some have not.
These are exported as 16bit tiff files.
I would like to at least be able to see them in capture one, and possible make some slight adjustments so printing output is uniform from work I am processing in C1.
Presently I am manually importing them- just trying to automate as much as possible.
Thanks
Gary

Yes, you can in Capture One Pro 10. Please refer to this tutorial:

Check out the part about the Camera menu. Both using the Hot Folder with Session and Catalog are covered.
