Title: A man made landscape
Post by: Cornfield on March 17, 2017, 08:13:23 am
The Kelpies are two thirty metre high horse-head sculptures built alongside the M9 motorway near Falkirk in Scotland. Last night I had to stop as they looked so powerful in green against the sky.  The green is for St Patrick's Day.  One of the sculptures was having maintenance work so I only shot the other one.

Love it! I suspect if you had waited just a bit, you could have gotten the deep cobalt blue of the sky.
