Title: Alaska high country
Post by: Sune Wendelboe on July 31, 2006, 07:02:24 am
Hi.

I'll be going on a shoot in Alaska in about a month. The dates aren't fixed, so if anybody could help me picking the best time for the red color of the tundra I'd be very happy.

Is it better in late august or early september up there??

Sincerely
Sune Wendelboe

I was in Denali in late August a couple years ago and the colors were nice

I would think either the last week of August to the First week of Sept would be ok.

Can't address any other location other than Denali
