+1. I am puzzled by the purple fringe high up on some trees in #1.

Nicely done. I favor the 2nd because of the additional grain and texture.
I am also a fan of William Neill. If you haven't looked at the videos that Kevin did with him here on Lula - they are definitely worth a look bacause the give quite a bit of insight into his approach.

+1. I am puzzled by the purple fringe high up on some trees in #1.
For some reason (may be caused by variable ND filter) orange/brown autumn colors were changed into purple.
