Title: ImagePrint HELP!
Post by: skibum187 on June 29, 2006, 03:24:45 pm
So I'm trying to print some images on 8.5x11 cut sheets with ImagePrint on my Epson 9800. The problem I'm having is that when I try to center the image, it always comes out with the image being off center with a gutter of 1/8 inch on one side and 9/16 inch on the other. I'm assuming that it is because the 9800 needs some room to 'grab on to' the paper, which is fine...SO, is there a gutter setting in ImagePrint to where I can set the gutters on both sides to 9/16 of an inch? I already tried the adjustment under Image<Settings<Layout<Gutter and set my Top to Bottom gutter at .875 inches (2 x 9/16), but it did nothing. Am I missing a step, just in the wrong place or am I SOL? I've tried calling Colorbyte, but their WONDERFUL customer service isn't answering their damn phones (did anybody else notice that they removed the phone # from the support section of their website?)

Thanks!
