Title: Literature about tilt-shift lenses and shooting techniques?

Are there any useful and well written books about tilt shift lenses and the techniques how to master them? One recommendation in another thread here at Luminous Landscape forum is Rod Planck's "Field Applications of Nikon PC-E and Other TS Lenses". I have not bought it yet but might do that.
