Those of you using CS2 updated to 9.0.1 with Mac OSX version 10.4.6 may want to note that there is an issue with banding (particularly in the fleshtones) when printing using Photoshop's Colour Management Set-Up. I wasted a day trying to figure out what was going on while profiling an Epson 4000. I then came across this:
