Hi all,
I have upgraded to CS2 and now all of my prints are too dark. I have to go back to CS to print anything. Does anyone have any ideas as to how I can fix this. I have updated to vesion I0154B P and checked all of the settings I could think of but it didn't help. I have also uninstalled and re-installed the software and drivers a couple of times. Has anyone else experienced this and fixed it? Thanks.

"all the settings I could think of"
My guess is that there's still one thats being missed. Check out Ian Lyons article
http://www.computer-darkroom.com/ps9_print/ps9_print_1.htm (http://www.computer-darkroom.com/ps9_print/ps9_print_1.htm) which gives you step by setp the setup for CS2.
If you're using a Windows machine, you can also download a free demo of Qimage which is much frendlier for printing than CS2.

Thanks Tim, that did the trick. I overlooked the options in Print with Preview. It was the option to let Photoshop determine the color instead of the printer. Your information was very helpful and I will need to look into the settings further but I am now on the right track. I will also be looking into Qimage. I tried it once before and I think I had some issues with it. I can't remember what they were now. Maybe my demo version expired before I could study it enough Anyways, I have since reformatted and can try it again for a month. Thanks for your help.
