I have an odd job that will require black and white printing on a paper with a faux metallic surface. does anyone know of a paper like this that will accept inkjet printing gracefully? Not to shiny, but shiny enough.
Im also considering printing on acetate and then overlaying it on a sheet of real metal of some sort...
Thanks

Red River Paper carry both a silver metallic and a gold metallic paper. I prefer the silver myself. The paper is metallic on one side only if that matters. Prints monochrome pretty nice, but you will need to play with brightness/contrast and ink settings to get it just right.

I've read reports of successful printing directly on sheet aluminum. Evidently the metal is precoated with an ink-receptive product called "inkaid"
