Michael,
In the outline for the tests you briefly touched on the process you used to
'standardize' the different sizes resulting from the different capture devices.
What capture device,if any, was used as the 'baseline' that the others were scaled to?
i.e.,was the 1Ds Mkll image scaled up to match the greater size of the Betterlight capture
for example or was everything sized down to the 'lowest' common denominator,the 1Ds
Were the film images drum scanned at the maximum size possible for each format or was
any unrezzing required?

This is something that puzzled me as well. I didn't quite understand the size explanation on the page (english is not my primary language, sorry), so I would also like to know how the image size was decided - and what scaling has been done.
