Here are the specifications for allowed attachments to posts
Max total size of attachments per post: 8384 KB
Max size per attachment: 4096 KB
Max number of attachments per post: 4
Acceptable file formats: doc,gif,jpg,jpeg,mpg,pdf,png,txt,zip,tif,tiff
Maximum dimension on any side: 1202 pixels (800 is preferred; 1201 to open in a new tab...)
Colour space: sRGB
Should you need to attach larger images, please post off-site and provide a link.

Quick Tips:
• Click on the "Last Post" icon that sits to the right of all topics to quickly access the most recent post.
• To stay logged in permanently or for longer periods of time, click on the login link in the navigation panel above the ads. This gives you more advanced login options than the "quick login" at the very top right of any forum page.
• The top right area is very handy and gives you quick links to your private messages, unread posts, and replies to your posts
• To change time zones and anything else related specifically to your account and/or preferences explore the "Profile" link from the top black navigation bar. There's a lot of stuff you can tweak in there.
• To post attachments or manage subscription options click on the "additional options" link below the text box when replying to or starting a new post.
• You need to be logged in as a member to see attachments. Everyone can see linked files.

- If you are trying to insert an image into your post, you can try the Insert Image icon (http://forum.luminous-landscape.com/Themes/lula/images/bbc/img.gif)below the B in the Post window allows you to insert the URL of a web-based image into the text of your post
BUT this is often flaky at best! Better still to use a text URL link
- To attach an image to the foot of your post (as below)
1. Click Attachments and other options in 1st screen grab below. This will open a dialog
2. Click Choose File in 2nd screen grab
This will open a standard file dialog box to select the image you wish to upload
