Title: Rollei Retro 400s
Post by: haplo602 on November 26, 2015, 04:29:10 am
Hello folks

I recently got a roll of Rollei Retro 400S to develop. My problem is, I cannot find any time for stock Xtol, only 1+2.

Anybody has a clue how to translate the time from 1+2 to stock ? Or has anybody used the film with stock Xtol ? So far I looked at massiv dev chart to find similar time/dev combination so I can translate the times and have come up with aprox 10 minutes at 20 deg celsius.

I could use the dilution, but I reuse stock Xtol and at the moment I don't have any fresh one, so I don't know how to transfer the time from 1+2 fresh to my reused 1+2 :-)

thanks for any advice ...

Hi

Late answer: http://www.digitaltruth.com/devchart.php?Film=Rollei+Retro+400S&Developer=Xtol&mdc=Search&TempUnits=C

That site is pretty much an essential resource for film developing. The times are an indication. The time is affected by the water, the actual temperature, agitation,..
