Take a look at the Leaf Aptus 75/65  . I was surprised to see how good the Aptus 75 is at 200-400 iso . I did a comparisson these days with Canon 1Ds M II and I prefer the Leaf file at 400 ISO . It is noisier but a kind of noise that  look like film grain . The Canon file is more clean but somehow "bidimensional" looking .
