Title: Sidecar file can not be fully updated ...
Post by: eworley on February 16, 2006, 03:00:38 pm
When I imported files most came in OK, but a folder all came in with a question mark in the upper right corner. When I clicked on question mark the following message was placed on the screen. "The sidecar file can not be fully updated because there are conflicts". No information was given as to what conflicts or how to resolve any conflicts. These files are all *.nef files stored on an external drive that I am copying into Lightroom.

I have posted the above on the Adobe forum and as of yet no one has even responded.  I don't know whether I am important enough to have some one answer my question, but I thought that I would try on this forum to see if I met with someone who might know the answer to my question.  I am impressed with the knowledge here.

Can anyone explain and help?

Eugen

I was beginning to wonder that nobody knew what I was talking about.  Thanks for giving me some feedback.
