Title: Can't find the "Camera Raw" under filter gallery in Photoshop CS6

The "Camera Raw" can find under Filter in Photoshop as i watch most of the tutorial videos, is it because their Photoshop CC have this function and it is not available in CS6.

Yes, it's a CC addition only.

Russell Brown has a nifty script that lets you to edit layers inside CS6 in Camera Raw. You can download it here (http://www.russellbrown.com/scripts_archive.html). If you have CS5, scroll down and you'll find a different script that works for that version.
