Title: camon or sigma wide lenses

guys, i've got  a 20d canon and need a wide angle lens. i thought i'd go canon 10-22mm but i'm starting to hear some good things about the 12-24  sigma. what do you guys think?

Hi just joined the group and saw your post,
I was in a similar dilemma myself a few weeks ago wanted a super wide for the my Canon 300D, settled for the new Sigma 10-20mm..superb lens..104 degree's at 10mm...63 degree's at 20mm and  focus's down to 9-10inches,..nice to use and handles well..
